This virtual talk will dive into past nautical ages and uses of the Toms River from pre-Colonial days to the present, give an overview of the Toms River Seaport Society and its Maritime Museum on Water Street, and promote a better understanding of both Toms River and Ocean County’s week-to-week history through the digitized, online pages of the New Jersey Courier, courtesy of the Ocean County Library system.
