The Women of Peto Exhibit Tour (1PM - 2 PM)

10/25/2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM ET

In honor of the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, the Peto Museum of Island Heights will be highlighting the contributions of the Women of Peto, to include his daughter Helen (who was a watercolorist); Peto's female students (including Emily Perkins); and art and artifacts of other Peto family members.  The history of Peto's granddaughter Joy Smiley's life growing up in the Studio will also be explored, as will the works of some of the founding members of the Peto Museum (Jean Wetta, Alice Askoff). 

Every Saturday and Sunday from September 12th - December 13th
Three tours are available  1 PM, 2 PM, 3PM     

Price of admission:

Members: Free
Adults: $10.00
Seniors: $8.00 
Children under 12: Free
*Ocean County Library Museum Passes are available for check out at your local OC Library. 
However, you must register here to schedule your tour date and time.  

Masks must be worn at all times, while inside the Museum
Hand Sanitizer will be available at the door
Limit to 4 people at a time in Museum, not including Docent and Greeter
Social Distancing within the Museum areas
No Bathroom
No Video
Greeter will be available for emergency and security purposes
Door will be locked while giving tour
