CANCELED Peto Presents: Tales of the Garden State II: The Jersey Shore and the American Revolution

Peto Presents:

The Affair at Cedar Bridge, the Massacre at Barnegat, the Battle of Toms River, bandits in the Pine Barrens, "Swamp Angels"... New Jersey has been referred to as "The Cockpit of the Revolution" and the Jersey Shore, including specifically what became Ocean County, was often at the center of it all.  Richard Trimble, a retired history professor from Ocean County College will discuss these and many other stories from the Revolutionary War in New Jersey.  You are guaranteed to hear a story you've never heard of before.
